Terms and Conditions

Acceptance: User’s use of the software application, and any subsequent use of the software application, is user’s affirmation of agreement to these terms and conditions.

Ownership: The software application and all associated intellectual property rights belong to Agile Consulting Group, Inc.

Use: The software application is licensed to the user for personal or commercial use, as permitted by Agile Consulting Group, Inc. The user is not allowed to distribute, modify, or sell the software application without the prior written consent of Agile Consulting Group, Inc. The user of the software application may only use it for the purpose intended by Agile Consulting Group, Inc. in providing access to the software application to the user. Without first having been granted a license pursuant to a written license agreement, user may not use the software to assist user’s clients or third parties.

Warranty: Agile Consulting Group, Inc. provides no warranty or guarantee of any kind regarding the software application, including but not limited to its performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

Liability: Agile Consulting Group, Inc. will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, data corruption, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the software application.

Termination: Agile Consulting Group, Inc. reserves the right to terminate user’s access to the software application at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason.

Governing Law: The terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, and user agrees to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts governing Fulton County, Georgia.

Modification: Agile Consulting Group, Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Agile Consulting Group, Inc. and the user with respect to the software application.
